Hills Bank is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2025–2026 Hills Bank Leadership Grant, recognizing outstanding high school seniors from across the region who have demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to their communities.
This year, Hills Bank awarded 18 Leadership Grants, each valued at $1,000, to students representing high schools in a tencounty area. Students are selected during their junior year and participate in four leadership training sessions throughout their senior year, designed to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and encourage community engagement.
Since the program’s inception, Hills Bank has awarded more than $661,000 to students over the past 24 years, reinforcing the bank’s longstanding commitment to youth leadership development and education.
