The Abbe Creek Gallery will host author T. Christopher Holkotubbe for a book release and reading on Thursday, December 18 at 6:30pm.

Hoklotubbe is director of graduate studies and assistant professor of classics at Cornell College in Mount Vernon.

His book Reading the Bible on Turtle Island: an Invitation to North American Indigenous Interpretation will be presented.

During that event live music will be provided by the group Asking for a Friend.

The event is free and open to the public. The Abbe Creek Gallery is located at 105 First Street NW in uptown Mount Vernon.
