The Mount Vernon Trailblazers 4-H Club held their monthly meeting Sunday, Sept. 14, at the Mount Vernon Fire Department. The meeting started out with introducing eight new members to the club. We then discussed the Enrolment Reimbursement of $10 if you participated in at least two community service projects, and attended at least 60% of the 4-H meetings. Lastly, we discussed having another ag safety program again to help inform us and anybody else that would like to participate in learning about Farm and agriculture safety in different scenarios. Our next meeting will be held Oct. 12 at the Mount Vernon Fire Department.
