This is a friendly & slightly irritated reminder that dog poop bag dispensers (NO COST TO YOU) are available along the north/south walking trail that runs between Elliott Park and Nature Park. (Cornell College also has dog poop bag dispensers.)

Recently, my dog picked up the scent of dog poop (which I nudged her away from) that was DIRECTLY BELOW a dog poop bag dispenser.

Either a dog was unsupervised, walking alone along the trail, or the dog’s human supervisor simply ignored the dispenser. The dispenser has a sign reminding us that dog poop can carry disease, so pick it up with a bag and take it with you. Garbage bins are located at Elliott Park, the Skate Park, and Nature Park.
