Bitter cold temperatures and wind couldn’t keep the crowds away from Halloweentown in downtown Lisbon Tuesday, Oct. 31.
Games, hayrack rides, cotton candy, cider, hot cocoa, root beer and plenty of candy were handed out by a variety of businesses and volunteers helping to host the event in downtown Lisbon.
Trick or treating hours were held from 5-8 p.m. in Mount Vernon and Lisbon as well that evening.
