A road improvement project has started on Martelle Road from Springville Road to Linn Jones Road. The project includes ditch grading, road top widening, culvert replacements, and a new seal coat surface.
Martelle Road will be closed to all traffic beginning May 23. A detour will be posted for this project. Access for local residents may be limited at times. The project is expected to last five weeks.
Motorists are reminded to comply with all traffic signs around construction projects. Do not drive around the barricades in place to protect the public and road crews.
