The Mount Vernon Middle School Talent Show was held Thursday, May 18, at the Mount Vernon District auditorium.
Singing, dancing, band performances were among the performances, but there was also Isaac Huebner highlighting his geography prowess and locating countries on the globe map.
Band director Elise Rodenberg noted that the Mount Vernon jazz band is a volunteer group she works with, and students come in before schools for their practices.
“This group has been one of the best jazz bands I’ve worked with at the middle school,” Rodenberg said.
