A portion of First Street West will be closed between Fourth Ave & Fifth Avenue Tuesday, March 14. This road closure is expected to last approximately four hours and will begin at 7:30 a.m. The closure is needed to place a crane that is needed to replace cellular equipment on the top of the water tower.
