During the pandemic we offered Story Time To Go for our youngest patrons.
When we reopened and no longer had this service available, patrons requested that we reinstate it. They explained that it was wonderful for working families who are unable to attend story time on Thursday mornings or for grandparents who would be having grandchildren visit. It was really missed.
Starting Monday, Oct. 3 you can once again check out a Story Time to Go Packet. Story Time to Go follows the Story Time format used in the library. Each bag includes three books, two songs or finger plays, and a simple craft.
For the craft, we will provide everything but scissors, glue, or tape. If you don’t have access to these items please let us know. The Story Time to Go Bags are located on the first floor near the Book Sale Shelf. They are not in Children’s Room but clearly marked and easy to spot.
