Drowsy ChaperoneI had such a wonderful evening recently at the “Drowsy Chaperone” produced by the Mount Vernon Lisbon Community Theatre. The cast included our very talented local players and others who auditioned from the area. As the saying goes, one can be a big frog in a small pond or a small frog in a big pond. We are so lucky to have such big talent–so many frogs in our surrounding ponds. Every player gave much time, effort and heart to their performance. I encourage you to take note of what our ponds offer: sports, art, music and other activities I don’t mention. It’s all right here in our two towns and surrounding cities. My applause!
