Got a sweet tooth and a desire to make a short film to be seen by the local community?
The Chocolate Stroll Committee and Bijou Movie Theatre is calling for entries for the second annual Chocolate Stroll Film Festival.
Filmmakers and members of the community are invited to a Chocolate Red Carpet premiere of the films at the festival Saturday, June 4, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Filmmakers are encouraged to create a film of their choice that features chocolate. The films must be friendly to a wide-ranging audience, from children to elders and in between. The films screened at the festival will run throughout the day after the red carpet premiere at the Bijou that day.
Past films have been home video, documentary and dramas. All ages and perspectives are welcome. Submit your chocolate related short films to be considered.
Submissions must be five minutes or less in length (no minimum), be submitted by Wednesday, June 1 and be your own original work and related to chocolate in some capacity.
