Harold Wayne McElderry of Mount Vernon passed away after a motorcycle accident on June 27, 2024 in La Crosse, Wis.
Harold was born March 29, 1960 in Perry.
Harold was preceded in death by his father (Robert), mother, (Lorena) and sister, Connie.
Harold is survived by his daughter, KimberLee (Bill Kleinmeyer), son Ian, stepsons Alex (Laura) and Andrew Dean. Harold is also survived by his grandchildren Levi, Lily and Chloe Kleinmeyer.
Harold loved spending time with family and friends, golfing, fishing and riding his Harley out on the open road. “Mac” was loved dearly and will be missed by many.
A family friendly celebration for Mac including food and music will be held starting Friday, Aug. 9, 2024. A memorial ride will be held starting at 10 a.m. on August 10. Breakfast served August 11.
Free camping will be available on site at 299 Echo Drive in Mechanicsville.
