The heart of a Lisbon boys’ golf lineup that won the Tri-Rivers East and won a 1A Sectional has moved on.
But the Lions are hoping to reload, quickly.
“This group has already set that expectation for themselves,” Coach Dylan Hastings said. “This is a determined group of young men who are constantly working at their game and I am excited to see what they are able to accomplish this year.”
Returning to lead the way are junior Tyler Sauser (45.67 9-hole average) and senior Balke Stejskal (46.33).
“Both bring a great amount of leadership and experience,” Hastings said. “Both of these guys are used to competing at a high level and they set an example through their work ethic.”
Golfers expected to jump into the varsity lineup include senior Aiden Jensen, plus senior Indiana Ferguson and junior Evan Coleman.
