Spring Break is coming soon. We will host two days of spring break programs for children.
On Thursday, March 14, at 9:30 Story time will be held in the Browsing Room. On Friday, March 15, at 10 a.m. we will host a gardening program for children. They will make a special seed sowing project with a Linn County Master Gardener to take home and grow. This event is free but you MUST register and bring a clean gallon milk jug. Both Cornell College and the Mount Vernon School District have spring break at the same time March 11 -15. The college is shutting down on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, so Cole Library will be closed March 10 – 13. We will reopen March 14 at 8 a.m.
