Lisbon closed out the regular season by splitting a pair of road games, losing at Prince of Peace, 69-61, on Monday, Feb. 5, and winning at Midland, 64-32, on Tuesday, Feb. 6.
“(At Prince of Peace) we just turned the ball over too many times in the second half,” Lisbon Coach Levi Montague said.
Grayson Wollum led with 26 points and Devin O’Brien added 15 points.
Against Midland, Wollum had a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Daylin Schaefer scored 10 points and had nine rebounds.
Montague said it was a strong week for O’Brien, who also had 14 points against the Eagles.
The Lions (11-10) were scheduled to face Central City (9-12) in a Class 1A District 8 game Monday, Feb. 12. The winner advances to face top seed Dunkerton (17-4) on Thursday, Feb. 15.
