The Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Development Group (CDG), a Main Street Iowa organization, has announced the dates/times of the final two Community Leaders Breakfasts of the 2024 school year.
The CDG Community Leaders Breakfasts will be held from 7:30-9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, and Thursday, April 11. All meetings will take place at the Cornell College Thomas Commons, Smith Dining Room. A buffet breakfast will be available. Please note that Bon Appetit Cornell College is cashless but does accept debit and credit cards.
Free parking at Cornell is available behind The Thomas Commons, and on First Street. All are welcome and no RSVP is required. Those who attend will hear updates from Lisbon and Mount Vernon City Halls, Lisbon and Mount Vernon schools, Cornell College, local service groups, and businesses.
