Lisbon’s Chapter of the National Honor Society had a spooktacular if windy and chilly time volunteering as part of Halloweentown Oct. 31.
Students assisted with the set-up and tear-down of the event, as well as manned different stations throughout the Halloweentown experience. NHS members assisted in the photo booth and with the hayrack ride, ran several of the carnival games, and provided the voice of the monster in the “kissing booth.”
This was the first service experience for the newest members of our chapter who were inducted in a ceremony on October 26.
