Step back in history with this month’s Matinee Movie at Cole Public Library.
On Monday, Oct. 9, at 1 p.m. in Room 108, we’ll show the movie Downton Abbey: A New Era (PG). This film the is the sequel to the immensely popular movie and television series of the same name. Featuring a film within a film, Downton Abbey: A New Era follows the manor household and staff as they navigate being the production site of a silent film. A themed snack of tea, lemonade, and British biscuits (cookies) will be served.
Matinee Movies is a series for adult patrons held the second Monday of the month. Film selections are based on recommendations by attendees.
