NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Lisbon, Iowa shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Lisbon Council Chambers, 115 N. Washington, Lisbon, IA to receive comments on the following:
Request of Jessica Murphy to be granted a special exception/variance to allow an accessory building in the front yard of his home at 107 Sheridan Ave. in Lisbon, Iowa.
In accordance with 165.31 Lisbon Zoning Ordinance a special exception/variance may be granted by the Board of Adjustments.
Request of Aaron and Liz Reasland to be granted a special exception/variance to allow produce raised on the premises of 945 W. Main St. in Lisbon, IA, to be allowed to be sold within the property and not on a roadside stand as described in 165.10 Lisbon Zoning Ordinance.
In accordance with 165.31 Lisbon Zoning Ordinance a special exception/variance may be granted by the Board of Adjustments.
