Joseph William “Bill” Jilovec, 81, Mechanicsville, passed away Nov. 27, 2022 and was reunited with the love of his life, Barbara Ann. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 6, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in his favorite place, his garage, which is located at 208 E Fourth Street in Mechancisville.
