The fourth annual Bridal Fair at Mount Vernon Creates will take place Sunday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“We have more than 20 vendors represented,” said Denise Murphy of Mount Vernon Creates. “Wedding gowns and men’s wear, photo booths, flowers, caterers, cupcakes and cakes, event venue and more are the categories that will be at the event.”
There is no fee or registration to attend.
Murphy said the first 30 brides will receive giveaway bags filled with goodies.
“Whether they are just starting their planning or needing the finishing touches, our vendors are ready to help,” Murphy said.
Murphy said that lining up the vendors, getting the posters out and making sure everyone is ready for the fair takes a lot of effort from multiple people.
“We want to make sure it is a special event for our brides, grooms, bridal parties, friends and families,” Murphy said.
She said she has enjoyed partnering with local businesses and meeting bridal parties for the first time as part of hosting the event each year.
“Some bridal parties know just what they are looking for and others are just getting started,” she said. “It is a fun event for all.”
There will be wine and mimosas on hand throughout the day as well as drawings for prizes, including gift certificates, specials and other products.
The window display this year was designed by Heart to Heart Bridal and Bauman’s.
