Former Lisbon resident, published author and guitarist Sam Weis will perform a Valentine themed concert in Lisbon Library’s Heritage Hall on Wednesday, February 15 at 7 PM. Sam’s musical style and easy interaction with the audience make her a popular performer in venues around Iowa. All are welcome at this free concert.
