Martha Ann (Beat) Kerslake, 75, passed away at home Monday, Dec. 19, 2022.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, 2023, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Mount Vernon. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday Jan. 7, 2023, at Tipton Bible Church. Martha was born Dec. 26, 1946, in Illinois, and adopted at the age of six months by Victor and Pauline (Gebhards) Beat. Martha was united in marriage to Allen Kay Kerslake April 23, 1968. She enjoyed flowers, plants, history, reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Martha is survived by her husband, Allen; children, Mark (Cyndi) Kerslake, Vicki (Arnie) Jensen, Sarah (Forrest) Wandling and Rebecca (Matthew) Brown; grandchildren, Kristin Jensen, Rachel Kerslake, Allison Jensen, Elizabeth (Josh) Moser, Kaitlyn Kerslake, Cameron Wandling, Jacob Kerslake, Claire Wandling, Emmett Brown and Lucas Brown; and brother, Jeffrey (Mary) Beat.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Anthony Beat.
Memorials may be directed to Tipton Bible Church or DeWolf Family Innovation Center for Aging and Dementia in memory of Martha.
