Brent C. Oleson was sworn in as Linn County Treasurer during a ceremony Friday, Dec. 16.
Oleson was elected Treasurer during the Nov. 8 election. He succeeds Sharon Gonzalez who did not run for reelection and is retiring at the end of 2022 after 43 years in the Treasurer’s Office, including 12 years as Linn County Treasurer.
Oleson will officially assume the duties of Linn County Treasurer Jan. 1, 2023.
