The Mustang Archery team traveled to Prairie on Saturday to compete in the Prairie Archery Bullseye and 3D Tournament. Head Coach Jason Robinson had this to say about the start of the season. “I think we have had a good start to the year so far. Our new archers had their first competition. Hopefully they were able to get all their nerves out. I am looking forward to the continued growth as the season progresses. We have a good number of archers that have committed to change their form to improve their scores, which will not happen overnight. By the end of the season those archers should be right where they want to be. Much thanks to the volunteers and coaches that make our program so special!”
The Mustang Archers will have a few more practices before the holiday break. After the break, they will travel to Center Point Urbana Jan. 7, 2023, for their next tournament.
