Board of Adjustment
You, and each of you, are hereby notified that the Board of Adjustment of Mount Vernon, Iowa, shall hold a public hearing on August 09, 2022, commencing at 5:00 P.M., at the Mount Vernon Police Station, 380 Old Lincoln Hwy, Mount Vernon, IA 52314.
The public hearing will be upon the intention of the Board of Adjustment to consider the following:
REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DRIVE-THRU FACILITY AT 210 BUSINESS 30 SW, MOUNT VERNON, IA 52314.
At said public hearing all interested parties will be offered an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition of the above. This notice is given pursuant to the direction of the Board of Adjustment, Mount Vernon, Iowa, and in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa.
