Have you ever heard the term “What a zoo!”?
Well, on Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 10 a.m. our library will be one. (Please note the date change). Our friends at the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines are bringing some zoo animals to Cole Library.
The program “Otherworldly Animal Adaptions” will be on the library’s second floor. The zoo program is 45 minutes and will include four to five zoo animals for us to meet. They will also talk to us about the ways that animals adapt to survive in their environments.
We will also have zoo passes to the Blank Park Zoo to give away that day.
