Our local community theater group recently initiated a fundraising campaign to generate funds for a new roof on the First Street Community Center. Nearly $20,000 has been raised the past few months.
Trude and I have tried to personally thank all those who have donated, but for those we haven’t yet reached, thank you all very much. The donations have been put toward the new roof, which is now in place – the leaks have been stopped.
The generosity of our communities makes us all realize why we all live here.
