Alexander Avenue has been extended to reach Blue Lagoon Storage in Lisbon.
That allows Blue Lagoon Storage’s address to be Alexander Street, as opposed to Business 30, and allows for more storage buildings to be constructed, as that will adhere to setbacks on the property that having a Business 30 address didn’t allow.
The Lisbon planning and zoning commission approved a variance for the property, as long as the address was for Alexander Avenue.
The council also approved allowing the address change of Blue Lagoon Storage from Business 30 to Alexander Avenue. That will include updating the 911 address and the United States Postal Service.
