Nourishing Talks
The Nourishing Root will host two Nourishing Talks Saturday, May 21.
The first is with coach Dan Kramer, as he speaks about Be the Captain: Get Your Ship Together and Live Well” That talk begins at 9 a.m. Kramer will talk about how he used his program to transition from scavenging coins to a successful business man.
The second talk will be a discussion with coaches Ron and Meg Knapper. The Knappers will help people evaluate financials, including helping people locate money that may be slipping through their fingers, keeping more money to use how you choose and growing your money to make financial future what you need it to be.

Structure and repair of historic windows
The Mount Vernon Historic Preservation commission will host a program on Structure and Repair of Historic Windows Saturday, May 21, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Lester Buresh Family Community Wellness Center. MVHPC Commissioner Duane Eash will present information on the topic for anyone interested in the process of window restoration.
