The Browsing Room on Cole Public Library’s first floor is an open airy room filled with new books and magazines to browse and check out. It is designed to make your library experience pleasant by showing you everything new in fiction and nonfiction in one location.
If you’ve been in the Browsing Room recently, you will notice that nonfiction is “under construction.” That collection had become overcrowded and needed some maintenance. The nonfiction project is almost complete and I hope you will find it easier to browse.
Remember that this is just a sampling of our nonfiction. If you need more books on a particular topic they can be found on the library’s second floor, sharing a similar Dewey Decimal number.
