More than 50 youth and adults joined forces to make short work of cleaning up the baseball and softball diamonds at Lisbon City Park Saturday, April 9.
Crews raked leaves from along fence lines and dugouts, picked up large sticks and twigs and picked up other garbage and refuse at the parks in the hour clean-up times.
A large pile of leaves and sticks were left for city crews to pick up on yard waste pick up in the future, and helped the parks be ready for play this spring and summer.
