In 2021, I was getting requests for the book The Duke and I by Julia Quinn. A regency romance novel written in 2000, our battered copy hadn’t seen daylight for years.
What was going on?
Netflix had taken the novel and transformed it into a series called Bridgerton. With the popularity of Bridgerton, the books are having a revival. To support our romance readers and Bridgerton fans, at Cole Library, we ordered fresh copies of the series. It consists of eight titles about the Bridgerton family. The titles are:
