Both the ACT and SAT have test dates scheduled for early December, and high school students all over the country are preparing for these college entrance examines.
There are lots of ways to increase test scores, but the cost of tutors, study guides, and practice tests can build up quickly. Cole Library patrons now have access to Brainfuse, an invaluable, free resource for those taking the ACT and SAT.
Brainfuse offers practice tests, prep packets with test taking tips and strategies, and even creates customized study plans based on the results of its diagnostic quizzes. You can also review every practice test you take to track your progression and analyze previous answers.
To access Brainfuse, visit our website at colelibrary.org, find the link under our “Online Resources” page, and create an account on the Brainfuse website. The ACT and SAT resources are in two sections: the test guides and prep packs are found on the “Skillsurfer” page, while the practices tests are located in the “Study” section and then on the “LEAP Learning Platform” page. College entrance tests are only one element of Brainfuse; it also offers free, online tutoring, virtual study rooms for groups, customizable flashcards, and much more!
