Nicholas Lumir James of Port Clinton, Ohio, died Aug. 10, 2021. He was born Oct. 31, 1968 to Brenda and Clifton James in Clinton. The family moved to Ohio, where Nick spent most of his childhood. He loved to entertain and was in several movies while living in Hong Kong. He was involved in community theatre for years in Clinton and Put-In-Bay, Ohio.
Nicholas is survived by the love of his life, Lynne James of Toledo, Ohio, daughter Jaci Tadlock; grandson Logan Lumir of Toledo; his mother Brenda James of LeClaire; father Clifton (Rita) James of Mount Vernon; brother Ted (Kerry) James of Fulton, Ill.; step-sisters, Keiren (Reed) Nosbisch of Elgin, Ill., Amy (Scott) Peterson of Oswego, Ill., Margo (Brandon) Shanahan of Marion; many nieces and nephews and many friends who loved Nick like family.
