Often in this article I encourage readers to let me know the books that they would like to see in the library. It helps me to make sure that our collection reflects the wants and needs of the community.
A patron recently said to me “You have so many knitting books, would it be possible to buy some more quilting books?” My answer, of course, was not, “Hah! There is no such thing as too many knitting books!” but, “You bet!”
The quilting books have arrived and are ready for checkout. They are: Simple Geometric Quilts, Laura Preston; Urban Quilting, Wendy Chow; Pat Sloan’s Holiday Celebrations, Pat Sloan; Just One Charm Pack Quilts, Cheryl Brickey; 50 Fat Quarter Makes, Ame Verso; Utility Style Quilting, Sharon Holland.
