Tickets for Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Theatre’s first Shakespeare in the Park production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream are on sale now.
The show has ticket pricing at a few different options for those interested in the show. A dinner and show ticket is available for $35. The dinner will be provided from Morning Glory Farms, and bee a chicken salad with grapes on mixed greens, raspberries, blackberries, red onion, honey roasted almonds, sharp white cheddar cheese with a raspberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing and a baguette with butter. Vegetarian options are also available by emailing [email protected].
Morning Glory will also provide some ala carte options for those who choose not to buy a meal, including oatmeal cookies, apricot crumb bars, popcorn and non-alcoholic beverages.
Traditional tickets to the show are $25 or $10 for students.
The community theatre will also be selling wine, beer, hard seltzer and lots of merchandise.
The show’s doors at Memorial Park open at 6 p.m., with the show opening at 7 p.m. on each of those four evenings. No outside food or drink will be allowed.
The production is an outdoor event, so please plan accordingly. The theatre will be watching the COVID-19 protocols daily and comply with the CDC recommendations, including requesting those who are not vaccinated attend the show masked.
