Mount Vernon City Hall Basement serves as a cooling center and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. As well, the Mount Vernon-Lisbon Police Department and the Lester Buresh Family Community Wellness Center are also available as cooling stations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In Lisbon, the Lisbon City Hall is open as a cooling center Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
