The annual art walk returns for the third consecutive year early next month, and organizers say it will be bigger than ever. The event is Saturday, Nov. 4, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with stops running from First Brick on the west side of Mount Vernon's First Street, to downtown Lisbon to the east.
