Logic doesn’t add up for reason to play at Cornell

A bad decision to move the Mount Vernon varsity football games to the Cornell field is made worse by the weak excuse that Cornell is a safer place to play. This implies the field at the former middle school is not safe, but is apparently safe enough for JV and middle school football teams and for the soccer team to use. The logic of this reasoning escapes me.
